SAN DIEGO, CA--Feb. 22, 1999--Accord Solutions, Inc. announced Thursday the release of Kapa(TM) Version 2.0. Kapa(TM) is a design language for message interaction that enables engineers to create rapid prototypes, design emulations and validations, module test environments, and product certification.The Kapa(TM) Interactive Development Environment includes language editors, virtual execution machine, interface interactors and user interface. Typical Applications are process control, test automation, operational execution, module testing, VLSI chip verification, product integrity and certification and message environment emulation. Kapa(TM) has been used by Accord Solutions Inc to create a rapid operational prototype of an emergency geopositioning system.
The Kapa(TM) language provides engineers with the necessary tools to build message interacting objects. Included are message definition and sending, group wait states for message, time, signal or key, process flow control, external program execution, interprocess signalling, logging of instructions, remarks, notes, events and messages and operator interface.
