Teleflex Declares Dividend

    PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--Feb. 9, 1999--Teleflex Incorporated announced that its Board of Directors took action on February 8, to declare a cash dividend of eleven and one half cents ($.115) per share of common stock.
    The dividend is payable March 15, 1999 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 1999.
