Brake Headquarters USA, Inc. Will Offer Wholesale Customers Direct Access to Automotive Parts & Accessories Through the Internet
LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y.--Feb. 8, 1999--Company Releases Additional Details of its Internet Strategy
Brake Headquarters USA, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it will offer wholesale customers the convenience of purchasing components and other related products directly over the Internet for sale to consumers.
In response the numerous inquiries received following the issuance of a press release on February 3, 1999, in which the Company made public its intent to immediately broaden its presence on the Internet, its website, www.bhqu.com will be made available to wholesale customers, as an alternative method for customers to order parts, confirm price and availability, and complete the purchase. As previously discussed Brake Headquarters has retained the services of a recognized software firm which will install software to accommodate the high volume receipt, processing, fulfillment and completion of customer purchases generated through its Internet website. Brake Headquarters will make available to the wholesale trade more than 30,000 products "sku's"(stock keeping units), including brakes, suspension parts, cooling systems, transmissions, internal engine components, and various other replacement parts and accessories directly through this medium, and to sell them to retail consumers. The Company expects that its "cyber-catalog" of automobile parts and accessories will be available to its commercial customers during the second quarter of 1999, and will provide an alternative means of wholesale and retail suppliers to purchase automotive products from its extensive inventory.
