    SAN FRANCISCO--Feb. 6, 1999--

    ADP(R) Dealer Services to Showcase Vision, New Products during NADA

    The Dealer Services Group of ADP, Inc., a leading provider of integrated business computing solutions to automobile and truck dealers, will roll out its 1999 product offering and present several informative seminars daily in booth no. 3217, February 6 - 9, at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention.
    In keeping with ADP's show theme "It's About Solutions," ADP will tackle the issues important to the auto retailing industry with seminar topics ranging from confronting Y2K issues to improving business performance.
    "Today's dealer is looking for savvy business solutions with tangible value and we're presenting seminars that our clients will find useful," said ADP Dealer Services president Mike Martone.
    Visitors to ADP's booth will also glimpse the company's vision for the future. The new ADP product offering on display includes a bar code scanning system, Windows(R) navigation for the industry's leading dealer management system and a highly flexible, scaleable platform that is faster than ever.
    "We have some really exciting products this year," said John Gray, ADP Dealer Services' senior vice president of development and technology. "The powerful Windows tools in Elite Plus!(TM), the extremely fast Millennia3(TM) S2 platform and different PartScan(TM) package levels to choose from will help dealerships operate more efficiently and ultimately, more profitably."
    Among the other products on display, ADP Dealer Services will have an array of solutions aimed at a dealership's sales department, including: ADP F&I Advisor(TM), ADP Sales Advisor(TM) and Credit Connection(TM). Applications designed to streamline a dealer's business office operations on display include: ADP Management Advisor(TM), Elite Plus! and Payroll for Windows.
    The productivity increasing power of ADP's parts applications will be in evidence with ADP PartScan and Elite Parts Invoicing. On the service side, ADP will feature its SuperService Advisor(TM), ERO(TM), Shoplink(TM) and Warranty Wizard(TM) products.
    All of the aforementioned ADP products, along with the seminar schedules, will be on display during NADA at booth no. 3217.
