Sigma6(R) Interactive Media, Inc. Launches WorldDealer(TM) Website Service at National Automotive Dealers Association ConferenceSAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 5 -- Sigma6(R), Detroit's largest independent full-service Internet solutions company, announced the launch of its WorldDealer(TM) website service for automotive dealers at the National Automotive Dealers Association conference in San Francisco. Russell Zack, president of Sigma6, made the announcement. Sigma6 will conduct WorldDealer demonstrations at the Reynolds and Reynolds Company booth, 4717. The WorldDealer website service for auto dealers integrates with all types of dealer management systems (DMS) to provide auto dealerships with the flexibility to quickly respond to customer requests for information; update information on and create new dealer websites; and provide additional marketing support services such as couponing, advertising banners and other incentives. The system meets all automotive manufacturer requirements for integrated web systems design and implementation. Zack says the seamless integration of customer interactivity into dealership systems is a critical advanced marketing requirement. "With WorldDealer, we're now able to effectively and efficiently integrate a dealership information management system with the customer's desire to actually do business on the Internet." David J. Butler, general manager of Suburban Oldsmobile Cadillac, says the company plans to adopt WorldDealer in most of its operations, including its two centralized body shops, one of the 10 largest body shop operations in the nation. Butler says the flexibility and interactivity of the WorldDealer system is of particular interest to his dealership. "We've done a great deal of research on websites, and most of the companies that have wanted to host a site for us have offered static sites, which are very difficult to update. The WorldDealer system is a fantastic leap forward in that it allows us to edit the site almost at will. This gives us the ability to establish very strong relationships with our customers, giving them the flexibility to schedule test drives, service appointments and even get quotes on vehicles in stock or see what vehicles are on their way to our dealerships." Suburban operates nine different brand dealerships, including Acura, Buick, Cadillac, Infiniti, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Pontiac-GMC, Saturn, Volkswagen and Volvo. Suburban has the second largest Oldsmobile dealership in the United States and one of the top 10 Cadillac dealerships.
