Alcohol Sensors International, Ltd. Announces New ManagementDEER PARK, N.Y., Feb. 4 -- Alcohol Sensors International, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASIL), developers, manufacturers, and marketers of ignition interlocking devices designed to assist in preventing driving while under the influence of alcohol, announced today that Joseph Lively, Michael Rosenbaum, and Daniel Pizani have resigned from their positions as officers and directors of the Company. The resulting vacancies on the Company Board of Directors have been filled by the election of Edward Gould and Rose-Marie Massimillo to the Board. The Company also announced that Edward Gould has been elected to serve as President of the Company and that Rose-Marie Massimillo has been elected to serve as its Vice President. Alcohol Sensors International, Ltd. manufactures and markets electronic automotive after-market safety products, including a patent-pending line of ignition interlocking devices, to the court mandate, corporate/commercial, and individual markets under the Sens-O-Lock brand name. The Company's Sens-O-Lock equipment is designed to detect, evaluate, and assist in the prevention of an alcohol-impaired driver from operating a vehicle. The Company intends to distribute the Sens-O-Lock devices through a network of authorized distributors and dealers who will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of the Company devices.
