Simula Inc. Retains Silverman Heller Associates

    PHOENIX--Feb. 4, 1999--Simula Inc. Thursday announced that it has engaged Silverman Heller Associates as full-time outside counsel to assist the company in developing and implementing a forward-looking investor relations program.
