TCIC and Garff Form Enterprise in National Automotive WebsiteENGLEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 3 -- TCI Media Services, a division of TCI Communications, Inc., (TCIC), the cable television systems arm of Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI), and Garff Enterprises, Inc. announced today the formation of a new enterprise involving the national automotive website AutoMallUSA.com. AutoMallUSA.com offers consumers the ability to search car inventories, apply for credit, sell their own car and complete a variety of other Internet transactions. For the past year, TCI Media Services has offered this Internet product as part of an automotive dealer advertising package in selected TCI markets. TCI Media Services joined the new enterprise as a minority owner through a cash contribution and will assume sales responsibility for the national automotive website that offers consumers new and used local car dealer information.
