(OTC Bulletin Board: KNGS) announced operation of manufacturing facilities at Middleburg, Pennsylvania in conjunction with Thor America Inc., a Thor Industries company , where the company increased its manufacturing capabilities through economies of scale. An existing agreement with Thor, the second largest manufacturer of RV vehicles in the USA provides Thor with exclusive right to manufacture the bodies and interiors for the Kingsley coaches, which are placed on Kingsley's chassis design. Final assembly will now take place on site in Middleburg. The company also maintains manufacturing facilities in Anoka, Minnesota and Houston, Texas. Kingsley Coach is a unique, high quality customized motor coach designed for both recreational and commercial applications with the "Camelot" model on heavy-duty truck chassis, up to 45' long, 102" wide and 400-600 HP. A unique benefit is the chassis design enables the coach to be built with standard trucks by Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth Int'l., Volvo and others. Basic Camelot and "Custom" units retail for $236,990 and $450,000 respectively, depending on features requested. Kingsley markets its products to the high end RV motorhome market in addition to special applications for the entertainer markets, race car circuits, mobile medical units and other commercial use.
