Federal-Mogul Appoints Gino Martini Managing Director, Sealing Systems, Italy and France
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 1 -- Kevin Baird, vice president,
Sealing Systems, Europe, Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces the
appointment of Gino Martini to managing director, Sealing Systems, Italy and
France, effective immediately.  He replaces Pierre-Marie Picard who is leaving
the company to pursue other career opportunities.
    In this new role, Martini will be responsible for the following plants:
Turin and Mondavi in Italy and Saint Priest in France.

experience in our French and Italian Business," said Baird.  "He has an
excellent track record and is considered a highly qualified industrial
leader."
    Prior to this appointment, Martini served as managing director, Italy.
Martini previously worked for T&N since 1980 in positions of increasing
responsibility in Italy, including production manager, technical director and
plant manager.
    Martini earned a Doctorate degree in industrial chemistry from the
University of Torino, Italy.
