Arvin Launches New Web Site; New Corporate Web Site to Serve as Resource Center for Company and Investor Information

    COLUMBUS, Ind.--Jan. 28, 1999--Arvin Industries, Inc. , today announced the launch of its new corporate web site at http://www.arvin.com. The site, which is part of Arvin's Global Online Communications initiative, will offer investors, employees, analysts, customers, suppliers and other visitors immediate access to information on Arvin.
