Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

    MAUMEE, Ohio--Jan. 28, 1999--The Board of Directors of Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share on its common stock, payable on March 15, 1999, to shareholders of record on February 16, 1999.
    Aeroquip-Vickers has paid dividends continuously on its common stock since 1933.
