Oshkosh Truck Declares Dividend

    OSHKOSH, Wis.--Jan. 27, 1999--Oshkosh Truck Corporation's (NASDAQ-OTRKB) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.10875 per share for Class A Common Stock and $.125 per share for Common Stock. These dividends, unchanged from the previous rate, will be payable February 15, 1999, to shareholders of record as of February 8, 1999.
