INSpire Insurance Solutions Announces Software Licensing Agreement With Cameron Mutual Insurance Co.

FORT WORTH, Texas--Jan. 26, 1999--INSpire Insurance Solutions announced today a five-year software licensing agreement to provide TransFluent, the company's electronic data interface translation software, to Cameron Mutual Insurance Co., located in Cameron, Mo.
The implementation of these new capabilities will enable Cameron Mutual to electronically transmit personal auto policy information to their customer base of approximately 350 independent agencies located in Missouri and Arkansas.
"Our selection of the INSpire solution is based on two important factors which will allow for quick implementation -- the product's simplicity and user-friendly nature," said Kent Osborn, treasurer, Cameron Mutual Insurance Co. "As we evaluated other providers, we recognized that INSpire offers the solution that enables us to offer better service to our customers, and allows us the option to control expenses associated with maintaining our own interfaces."
Cameron Mutual Insurance Co. was incorporated in 1892 as the Farmers Mutual Tornado and Windstorm Association. The present name was adopted in 1968.
The design of the TransFluent solution enables an insurance company to establish interface with any agency management system. Cameron Mutual will begin their interface with agents in the first quarter of 1999. The personal auto policy information will be transmitted as one electronic image that includes coverage, premiums, billing and driver files.
"Cameron Mutual is an established company with a long-term, Midwestern, personal lines market presence. We are pleased to support their goals for automation," said Bob Agazzi, executive vice president, INSpire Insurance Solutions.
With headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, and offices in San Diego, Calif.; Sheboygan, Wis.; Columbia, S.C.; and Roswell, Ga., INSpire Insurance Solutions provides policy and claims administration solutions for all property and casualty insurance products. As one of the foremost providers of outsourcing and integrated systems, INSpire serves clients with needs to enter new markets quickly, reduce expenses, improve customer service and focus on core competencies.
