DealerKid, is a software application for medium-to-large customer oriented dealerships, multiple dealership organizations, and automotive manufacturers that enables sales consultants to track and follow up with prospective and current customers. The software can be customized and used in conjunction with third party software and/or dealership back-office computer systems.
The ADIS relationship management system can enhance sales and service consultants' productivity by providing them with a means to maintain contact with current customers as well as those who visit a car dealership but do not buy. System features include the generation of a daily list of customers and prospects, accompanying phone numbers and the reason for the call. Additionally, sales and service consultants are notified automatically as to whether a follow-up letter should be sent. Customers who visit the dealership but do not buy a vehicle are contacted by phone or letter every 90 days. The system is also programmed to follow up with customers for five years and to follow up with prospects for two years.
"The Hicom communications system provides highly sophisticated technology in a cost-competitive telephone system," said ADIS president, Charles Shamblee. "Our DealerKid relationship management solution has a custom computer telephony integration module that eliminates the high cost of communication and application integration.
