Teleflex Declares Dividend

    PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--Aug. 3, 1998--Teleflex Incorporated announced that its Board of Directors took action to declare a cash dividend of eleven and one half cents ($0.115) per share of common stock.
    This dividend is payable September 15, 1998, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 1998.
