Laforza Automobiles Announces Plans for New Facility and Announces New Vehicles


    SAN DIEGO--Jan. 22, 1999--Laforza Automobiles Inc. (OTC BB:LFZA) announced today that they have begun plans to build and develop a new facility on the 5.4 acres that houses their existing sixty-five thousand (65,000) square foot production, distribution, and administration facility located in Escondido, Calif.
    The building was recently appraised at $3,450,000 and currently carries a $2,150,000 first trust deed. The current facilities house the company's production, inventory, and administration functions. Once the new facilities are completed the research, sales and marketing, and administrative functions will move to the new building.
    General Manager Skip Braden commented, "We are excited by the opportunities ahead of us, and realize we need to develop a showroom and research facility to continue our quest to build the ultimate vehicle."
    In a related announcement, the company has added a limited addition model for 1999, the Laforza Especiale. This vehicle is the brainchild of Laforza's President David Hops. Only 5 of the vehicles will be manufactured. The car retails for $87,500. Information is available on the company's Web site at www.laforza.com.
