Axis Group, Inc. Announces New Equipment Leasing Subsidiary in Mexico

    ATLANTA, Jan. 19 -- Axis Group, Inc. (Axis), a wholly owned
subsidiary of Atlanta-based Allied Holdings, Inc. , announced that
it has recently established a new subsidiary with the sole purpose of leasing
car hauling equipment to Mexican car carriers. The new subsidiary, ARETA
(Arrendadora de Equipo Para El Transporte de Automoviles S. de R.L. de C.V.),
will have offices located in Mexico City.
