Allied Holdings' Subsidiary, Axis Group, Announces New Subsidiary In MexicoDECATUR, Ga., Jan. 19 -- Allied Holdings, Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Axis Group, Inc., has recently established a new subsidiary with the sole purpose of leasing car hauling equipment to Mexican car carriers. The new subsidiary, ARETA (Arrendadora de Equipo Para El Transporte de Automoviles S. de R.L. de C.V.), will have offices in Mexico City. Allied Holdings, Inc. is the parent company of several subsidiaries engaged in automotive distribution. The Allied Automotive Group (AAG), through its subsidiaries, is the largest motor carrier in North America specializing in the delivery of automobiles and light trucks.
