Dollar Rent A Car Opens Five New Licensee Locations

    TULSA, Okla., Jan. 12 -- Dollar Rent A Car announced the
opening of four new licensee locations in Mexico -- two in LaPaz, Mexico, and
two in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico.  In addition, Dollar has opened a new
licensee location in Tumon, Guam.
    "We are pleased with the success of our licensees and their ability to
expand operations in Mexico, and we're also pleased to welcome Guam to our
location mix," said Gary L. Paxton, president and CEO of Dollar.
    The two DOLLAR(R) LaPaz locations are owned by Operadora Turistica Del
Sur, Sa De Cv, Felipe Barraza.  One is a citywide office, located at Corner
Av. Alvaro Obregon, with the other located at the Los Arcos Hotel, Av. Alvaro
Obregon 498, in LaPaz.  The citywide location hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.,
seven days a week and the Los Arcos location is open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., then
3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week.
    DOLLAR licensee Autos Modelo Del Mayab S.A., which is owned by Omar Diaz
C., has opened two new locations in Ciudad del Carmen -- the citywide office
at Calle 31 No. 117 Col Centro, and a location at the Holiday Inn of Ciudad
del Carmen, Calle 31 No. 264.  The citywide location hours are 8 a.m. to
1 p.m., then 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, and the Holiday Inn location
is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., then 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
    Industrial Investments Corporation, Lawrence J. Teker, Paul Yen and Poon
Kin have opened the new DOLLAR licensee location in Tumon, Guam, located just
off the airport with pick-up at 482 San Vitores Road.  The location is open
from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week.
