    GENEVA--Dec. 30, 1998--Light Energy Management Company formerly Why Not ?, Inc. (OTC BB:YNOT) announced today that effective December 30th, 1998, the company's five-for-one stock split went into effect along with the name change to Light Energy Management Company.
    Light Energy Management Company is a Washington based company that develops and markets patented, unique and cost effective lighting reflector products and systems. These systems offer up to 35% energy efficiency savings compared to existing lighting systems, and are proven in high performance reflector assemblies, most notably in the automotive industry.
