AAA Members to See Special Discounts At Lenscrafters

    ORLANDO, Fla.--Dec. 29, 1998--AAA members will soon see special discounts at Lenscrafters. Beginning January 1, 1999, AAA members will save 30 percent on eye wear, 30 percent on eye exams provided by independent Doctors of Optometry located next to Lenscrafters and 10 percent on contact lenses.
    The discount is Lenscrafters' best offer and is exclusively available to AAA members through AAA's Show Your Card & Save(R) program.
    "Lenscrafters is a great addition to our program," said Tom Wilt, director of AAA Partnership Programs. "Members who take advantage of the discount can potentially save more on a Lenscrafters purchase than they pay for their annual AAA membership."
    The discount will be good at 750 Lenscrafters stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.
