LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. and OSHKOSH, Wis.--Dec. 22, 1998--Mack Trucks, Inc. and Oshkosh Truck Corporation today announced a partnership agreement that will allow each company to offer a new generation of Mack front-discharge concrete mixers featuring leading-edge technologies. The new Mack(R) FCM series front-discharge concrete mixer will feature a Mack E-TECH(TM) engine mounted at the rear of an Oshkosh(R) front-discharge concrete carrier featuring the industry-leading McNeilus(R) mixer drum. The vehicles will be manufactured by Oshkosh Truck. The new vehicle will be distributed through authorized Mack distributors and directly through the nationwide McNeilus sales and service network.
