Outsourced IT Solution Enables Case to Maintain Focus
                         On Key Strategic Initiative

OAK BROOK, Ill., Dec. 22 -- SPR Inc., a leading IT services
corporation providing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies, announced
that it recently completed a high level IT system modification project for
Case Corporation , a leading worldwide designer, manufacturer, and

Racine, Wis.
"With our team of IT professionals, SPR took project responsibility and
was able to provide a complete and customized project solution for Case,
utilizing our unique combination of People, Tools, and Methodology to deliver
a compliant system by the required date," said Robert Figliulo, Chairman and

Case depended on SPR to spearhead a major Year 2000 remediation project.
The SPR team took the project from initial analysis and planning all the way
through customized implementation to a successful completion.
"SPR's outsourced solution allowed us to focus our attention and resources
on our strategic initiatives instead of pulling key people away to manage the
Year 2000 system modifications," said Jim Makouske, Director Product Support
Systems. "We were impressed by SPR's ability to take on project management
responsibility, and their methodology that allowed the SPR project team to
customize a plan that would meet our target date."
