Sheldahl Board Names Roering Vice-Chairman; New Board Committee to Support Strategic Plan and Achievement of GoalsNORTHFIELD, Minn., Dec. 22 -- Sheldahl, Inc. , announced that its Board of Directors has formed an Oversight Committee of the Board that will support Sheldahl's management team in the achievement of the goals stated in the Company's strategic plan. The new committee consists of Kenneth J. Roering, Chairman; Dennis M. Mathisen and Raymond C. Weiser. In a related action, the Sheldahl Board also elected Roering Vice-Chairman of the Corporation. Roering is Paul S. Gerot Chair in Marketing, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. James E. Donaghy, Sheldahl's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are extremely pleased with the leadership role of our Board in supporting our strategic initiatives to return the Corporation to profitable growth. Sheldahl has already benefited from the unique perspectives and expertise of our newest Board members, Ray Weiser and Dennis Mathisen.
