Robert Gossett Elected Vice President of Administration for Winnebago Industries, Inc.FOREST CITY, Iowa, Dec. 22 -- Winnebago Industries, Inc. recently elected Robert L. Gossett to the position of vice president of administration. In his new position, Gossett is responsible for the functions within Winnebago Industries' Human Resources (H.R.) Department. Gossett has twenty-five years of H.R. experience in benefits plan development and administration, organizational development, employee relations, employee training and development and human resource information system management. Winnebago Industries' Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Bruce D. Hertzke said, "We feel very fortunate to have Bob Gossett join Winnebago Industries with his vast experience in H.R. and benefits management." Gossett was formerly employed by the Anchor Hocking Division of Newell Corporation in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and Lancaster, Ohio; and most recently by TCB Inc., Minneapolis, Minn., as vice president of human resources and administration. A native of Lancaster, Ohio, Gossett graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor of business administration degree, majoring in business management with an H.R. special track. He is a member of the Twin Cities Human Resource Association, and a former member of the American Management Association and American Compensation Association. Gossett also served as a member of Fairfield County Mental Health Alcoholism Prevention Board and past Vice President of Glassco Federal Credit Union in Lancaster. Gossett and his wife, Tolli, and children, Erynne and Rob, will be relocating to the Forest City area.
