Jeannine M. Davis Elected Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CTS Corporation
ELKHART, Ind.--Dec. 18, 1998--Jeannine M. Davis has been elected Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CTS Corporation according to an announcement today by Joseph P. Walker, CTS Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.Since 1988, Ms. Davis has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for CTS Corporation. Ms. Davis is responsible for the following areas of CTS Corporation: legal, environment, health and safety, intellectual property and corporate facilities.
"We recognize the key role that Jeannine Davis has had in CTS' success," said Joseph P. Walker, CTS' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "CTS is fortunate to have an executive of her caliber and management skills in this key position," Walker said.
Ms. Davis graduated, in 1970, from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics and history. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 1980. In 1980, she joined the CTS Corporation Legal Department as Staff Attorney. She was elected Secretary of CTS Corporation in June of 1983 and General Counsel in March of 1984.
Ms. Davis is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
Ms. Davis and her husband, Cole, reside in Elkhart, Indiana.
