Infrared Vehicles Named as 1998 'Outstanding New Product'

    PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Dec. 17 -- Toymax Inc., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Toymax International , was recently honored by
General Motors Chevrolet Motor Division for its Mighty Mo's(TM) Infrared
Vehicles. The product was named "Outstanding New Product" by the General
Motors Trademark Licensing group at a recent Awards Dinner in Las Vegas. The
vehicles were chosen as the most innovative new product because they epitomize
quality, consumer appeal and creative use of the Chevrolet license using the
latest technology.
"We are thrilled that a company like General Motors recognizes the high
standards of quality and design that Toymax products uphold," said Steven
Lebensfeld, president of Toymax Inc. "The Mighty Mo's 1:24 scale Corvette(R)

the horn, and make the Mighty Mo's go -- it's the closest thing to getting
behind the wheel yourself!"

successful corporate trademark licensing programs in the world," said Robert
Horton, executive vice president for GM's licensing representative, Equity
Management Inc. "We were pleased to see how the Wireless Infrared Remote
