Engineering Industrial Cleaning Solutions for the New Millenium
BELLEVUE, Wash., Dec. 9 -- As year-end approaches,
Universal Ice Blast (OTC Bulletin Board: UIBI) is gathering steam, riding high
on the inertia of a steady year of good business, and is now preparing to
conclude deals that it has been working on for some time. It is expected that
these deals will contribute to a great year in 1999.
Last week's notice of the intended debenture offer, as well as several new
contracts in the final stages of negotiation presently, have place UIBI in the
he prime position for growth and increased profitability.
"Upon conclusion of financing, UIBI will engage in the research and
development of a series of machines for the aerospace and precision cleaning
markets, for companies like Boeing, Ford and Chrysler," says UIBI chairman,
Rory Clarke.
Next generation technologies for several new ice blasting products are
currently in various stages of R&D. UIBI engineers expect to begin
introducing the entire series of new products over the next 12 months
including a machine that will increase the blasting capacity by 50% with a
minimal increase in price as well as a machine built for the rental fleet
market.
The advent of new capital will allow the company to enter markets faster
via acquisitions, and develop new products, which is certain to gain UIBI more
market share in aerospace, precision cleaning, industrial cleaning and lead
pain abatement segments.
Universal Ice Blast, Inc. was established to aggressively market,
manufacture, and service its proprietary ice blast equipment and technology.
Ice blasting is a reliable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly
process applicable to Asbestos and Lead Based Pain Removal, Precision
Cleaning, i.e., deburring of machined parts and Nuclear Decontamination, with
very little waste and no dust. UIBI has offices in Bellevue, Wash., Toledo
Ohio and Detroit, Mich.
