Harbour and Associates, Inc. Announces Affiliation With Dennis Pawley

    TROY, Mich., Dec. 4 -- Harbour and Associates, Inc., a
leading automotive manufacturing consulting group in Troy, Michigan today
announces a new alliance with Mr. Dennis Pawley.  Mr. Pawley, currently
Executive Vice President of Manufacturing for DaimlerChrysler Corporation
, has announced his retirement from that position effective
January 31, 1998 and that he is now co-owner of Performance Learning, Inc., a
Las Vegas-based corporate training firm.
    Today Harbour and Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that, in his new
capacity, Mr. Pawley will also join forces with Harbour and Associates, Inc.
to provide executive management consulting services for select clients.
Specifically, his involvement with Harbour will include strategic planning,
creation and implementation of operating systems, labor relations, process
integration as well as organizational change and improvement activities.  In
addition, Mr. Pawley will be available for speaking engagements to
corporations, associations and other organizations.
