QualMark Corporation Announces Award of its 9th U.S. Patent
    DENVER, Dec. 4 -- QualMark Corporation , a
leading provider of accelerated life testing services and equipment primarily
for electronics manufacturers, today announced it has been awarded U.S. Patent
No. 5,836,202 entitled "Exciter Mounting for Random Vibration Generating
Table."
    The patent provides protection for existing technology integral to the
vibration table component of QualMark's flagship OVS(TM) Physical Stress
System.  With nine U.S. patents and one European patent covering various
aspects of the OVS product, QualMark has established itself as a technological
leader in accelerated reliability testing.
    Preston Wilson, President and CEO, said, "This patent pertains to one of
the most fundamental elements of QualMark's unique OVS technology, giving us
the legal protection we need to maintain our position as the standard for

    QualMark still has pending several U.S. and foreign patents relating to
its OVS Physical Stress System.
    QualMark Corporation develops, manufactures and markets accelerated life
testing systems that provide manufacturers with the necessary information to
improve product reliability by rapidly exposing design and
manufacturing-related flaws.  In addition to more than 235 OVS Physical Stress
System installations in eight countries, QualMark operates eight Accelerated
Reliability Test Centers(R) (ARTC(R)) throughout the United States and has
formed international ARTC alliances with TUV Product Service GmbH in Germany
and the United Kingdom and Anecto Ltd. in Ireland.
