Federal-Mogul Announces Organizational Structure for Distribution And Logistics, North American AftermarketSOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 2 -- Pat Dlugokinski, vice president, distribution and logistics, Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces the following organizational structure for distribution and logistics, North American Aftermarket: * Frank Brown, director, central operations * Steve Dembowski, centralized distribution center plant manager, Jacksonville, Alabama * Richard Dunnett, director, inventory science and aftermarket sourcing * Ken Hixson, distribution acquisition and integration manager * Pam Mitchell, human resource manager * Todd Peterson, centralized distribution center plant manager, Skokie, Illinois * Matt Pohlman, director, field operations Frank Brown, Director, Central Operations Frank Brown has been appointed director, central operations. Frank will be responsible for the operations at the following Federal-Mogul facilities: Maysville, Kentucky; Indianapolis, Indiana; Smithville and Tullahoma, Tennessee; and Manilla, Arkansas. Prior to this appointment, Brown held the position of director, distribution operations for Moog Automotive, where since 1982, he rose through roles in finance, planning and analysis and distribution. Brown earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science and Arts degree from St. Louis University. Brown is also a Certified Public Accountant. Steve Dembowski, Centralized Distribution Center Plant Manager, Jacksonville, Alabama Steve Dembowski continues in his position as centralized distribution center plant manager, Jacksonville, Alabama. Prior to his current appointment, Dembowski held the position of order processing manager. Dembowski joined Federal-Mogul in 1985 as a sales/marketing trainee. Since then, he has worked as a service center manager, foreman, sales representative and product manager. Dembowski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Adrian College, Adrian, Michigan. Richard Dunnett, Director, Inventory Science and Aftermarket Sourcing Richard Dunnett continues in his position as director, inventory science and aftermarket sourcing. Richard will be responsible for all former Federal- Mogul inventory and sourcing activity throughout distribution, as well as developing an integration strategy for Federal-Mogul's Cooper, Moog and T&N product lines. Prior to his current appointment, Dunnett held the position of director, inventory science, with domestic and international inventory management responsibilities. Dunnett joined Federal-Mogul in 1981 and assumed responsibility for inventory control in South Africa. His position was then expanded to include both purchasing and physical distribution functions. Dunnett relocated to the United States in 1990 upon accepting the position of director, international sourcing and logistics. Ken Hixson, Distribution Acquisition and Integration Manager Ken Hixson continues in his position as distribution acquisition and integration manager. Prior to his current appointment, Hixson held the position of customer service manager. He joined Federal-Mogul in 1989 and has held a number of positions in manufacturing operations supervision, engineering and original equipment sales. Hixson earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and a Bachelor degree in engineering arts from Michigan State University. Pam Mitchell, Human Resource Manager Pam Mitchell continues in her position as human resource manager for distribution and logistics. Prior to her current appointment, Mitchell held the position of human resource manager for the international retail stores. Mitchell joined Federal-Mogul in 1988 and has held a number of positions including inventory analyst, organizational development and training specialist. Mitchell earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio. Todd Peterson, Centralized Distribution Center Plant Manager, Skokie, Illinois Todd Peterson continues in his position as centralized distribution center plant manager, Skokie, Illinois. Prior to his current appointment, Peterson held the position of distribution center coach. Peterson joined Federal-Mogul from Fel-Pro, which he began working for in 1990 as a traffic manager. Peterson held several positions in the distribution center including manager and team leader. Peterson earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science Management degree from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree from Oakton Community College. Matt Pohlman, Director, Field Operations Matt Pohlman continues in his current position as director, field operations. Matt will be responsible for operations at all former Federal- Mogul Service Center locations, returns at Oxford, T&N Clevite branch network, plus the Federal-Mogul facilities located in Allentown, Pennsylvania; Montebello, California; and Vaughn, Canada. Prior to this appointment, Pohlman held the position of logistics and field operations manager. Pohlman joined Federal-Mogul in 1984 and has held a number of positions including sales, customer service and distribution. Pohlman earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College, Alma Michigan.
