Toyota Canada Selects Reynolds and Reynolds
                  Largest Systems Contract Ever for Reynolds

    MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Dec. 2 -- Toyota Canada Inc. has
selected Reynolds and Reynolds Canada Ltd. as the provider of advanced
information technology and support services to support their over 200 dealers
across Canada. Reynolds will provide ERA2(R) information management systems to
all Toyota Canada dealers. Reynolds reports the Toyota Canada contract as its
largest ever for automotive systems, valued at approximately $40 million
Canadian ($26 million U.S.).

Industries, UnitedAuto Group, Budget Car Sales, Southeast Toyota, Gulf States
