Chrysler Canada C.E.O. Dies in Boating Accident

Chrysler Canada C.E.O. - William C. Glaub, dies in boating accident
    WINDSOR, ON, Nov. 27 /CNW-PRN/ - Chrysler Canada Ltd. is saddened to
announce the death of President and CEO, Mr. William C. (Bill) Glaub. He was
49 years old.
    Mr. Glaub died as a result, it appears, of a boating accident while on his
honeymoon with his wife Jan, in St. Thomas in the Caribbean.
    Born in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Glaub joined Chrysler in 1971. He was
promoted through numerous positions in the company in the U.S. until his
appointment as President and CEO of Chrysler Canada Ltd. on April 21, 1998.
    Mr. Glaub had only recently joined Chrysler Canada Ltd. as President on
May 1, 1998 succeeding the late Yves Landry who passed away in March of this
year.
