Xtrac Selects Unigraphics Solutions as its CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM Standard

    ST. LOUIS, Nov. 24 -- Unigraphics Solutions Inc. ,
a leading supplier of end-to-end design, analysis and manufacturing solutions
and related services, today announced that Xtrac Motorsport Transmissions has
selected Unigraphics Solutions as its product development partner and
CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM standard.  The agreement for 25 Unigraphics and IMAN seats is
valued at approximately $1.2 million.  Implementation will continue for
approximately nine months and includes implementation service, training and
best practice consulting services.
    Xtrac, located in Finchampstead in the United Kingdom, is the world's
leading supplier of gearboxes to the motorsport industry.  The company
supplies 50 of the world's top 55 racing teams including Formula One, Sports
Cars, Rallying, Touring Cars and CART.  Xtrac also supplies leading
manufacturers with high performance gearboxes for road cars.
