Antonio Soave, the President & CEO of RGI: The International Dealmaker
    TROY, Mich., Nov. 23 -- Antonio Soave, the President & CEO of
RGI International, has been roaming the world for the last ten years.  His
job: To conclude international transactions.  During his tenure with RGI, he
has racked up a string of successes.  Most recently, he was in Brazil where he
negotiated a ten year protocol agreement with the State of Parana.  The
agreement was signed by RGI's client American Axle & Manufacturing of Detroit,
and it included a ten-year tax incentive package and free land.
    Earlier this year, Mr. Soave negotiated another high profile transaction
between an Italian tier one automotive supplier, C.F. Gomma, and a prominent
American systems supplier, Dana Corporation.  This transaction created the
largest independent manufacturer of brake hoses in the world.
    While RGI specializes in international automotive transactions, it is not
the only area in which the company operates.  RGI, founded by Mr. Soave and a
group of international executives nearly ten years ago, provides global
marketing, international sales, joint venture, merger and acquisition
assistance to companies around the world.  The company also expanded its base
of operations a few years ago when it named former Kmart CEO, Joseph E.
Antonini as its Chairman.  Nevertheless, RGI has developed a reputation as an
effective global leader in industrial ventures.
    Mr. Soave's typical week consists of five to ten airline flights to about
four different countries.  Often times he shuttles between several countries
in the same day.  Moreover, he is an accomplished author.  He was the founder
and former Editor of The Journal of International Law and Practice, an
international legal publication.  He also recently finished his latest fiction
mini-novel, The Consequence.  He is currently negotiating film rights for The
Consequence, and working on a myriad of deals in Europe.
    Mr. Soave believes that meticulous attention to detail and an undying
commitment to excellence are the keys to success.  Mr. Soave is a graduate of
The American University in Washington, DC (B.A. in International Relations),
and the Detroit College of Law in Detroit Michigan (J.D. in International
Law).  He is a former White House intern and is active in political circles.
