Federal-Mogul Announces Special Markets, North America Organization For the Aftermarket

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 20 -- Robert Egan, vice president,
special markets, North America, Worldwide Aftermarket, Federal-Mogul
Corporation announces the following appointments effective
immediately:

    *  John Dolder, special accounts sales manager
    *  Catherine Gallagher, CARQUEST sales manager
    *  Peter Horn, industrial sales manager
    *  Don Reimondo, director, heavy-duty sales

    "We are pleased to have this distinguished group of sales specialists
service our diverse customer base," said Egan.  "We will bring a sizable
amount of market-specific talent and experience to these customers so they can
capitalize on our excellent brands and products."

    John Dolder, Special Accounts Sales Manager
    John Dolder is special accounts sales manager.  Dolder joins Federal-Mogul
from Moog Automotive.  John started with the Wagner Brakes organization in
1982 as a district sales manager and was then promoted to national fleet sales
manager.  John joined Moog Automotive during the Wagner consolidation as the
sales manager of heavy-duty and most recently as sales manager, special
markets with responsibility for national accounts and co-manufacturing.

    Catherine Gallagher, CARQUEST Sales Manager
    Catherine Gallagher continues in her position as CARQUEST sales manager.
Gallagher joined Federal-Mogul in 1982 as a territory manager in automotive
sales.  Cathy was promoted to a regional manager in the automotive sales
organization and then moved into a product manager position in the Signal-Stat
product line.

    Peter Horn, Industrial Sales Manager
    Peter Horn is industrial sales manager.  Prior to this appointment, Horn
held the position of industrial and APS sales manager.  Horn joined Federal-
Mogul in 1976 as an automotive sales account manager.  Since then, Peter has
worked as an industrial sales account manager, a regional automotive sales
manager, as well as various product management positions including team
leader, bearings and seals, and team leader, chassis products.

    Don Reimondo, Director, Heavy-Duty Sales
    Don Reimondo is director, heavy-duty sales.  Prior to this appointment,
Reimondo held the position of director of sales - east.  Reimondo joined
Federal-Mogul in 1979 as an automotive territory manager.  Since then,
Reimondo has held various management positions in both the distribution and
sales organizations, including North American distribution and logistics
manager and director, distributor sales.

    Cindi Masinick, administration manager, and Deanna Smith, administrative
assistant, will continue to report to Egan in their current roles.
