Budget Group, Inc. Names Sandra Hughes Senior Vice President Of Corporate Integration

    DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 20 -- Budget Group, Inc.
announced today that Sandra Hughes has been named senior vice president, BGI
Corporate Integration.  In this newly created position, Hughes will be
responsible for coordinating the integration of all current and future BGI
companies, with an initial focus on reducing and eliminating costs.
    As a 20-year veteran of Budget Rent a Car Corporation, Hughes has held a
variety of management positions, most recently as senior vice president, Local
Market Development.

Budget Rent a Car and understanding of the vehicle rental industry coupled
