BAT #1 Auto Plant Now In Production; Inauguration By Governor Next WeekBAT #2 Auto Plant Construction Begins CHULA VISTA, Calif., Nov. 17 -- BAT International (OTC Bulletin Board: BAAT) announces that next week the new Governor of Baja California North, Mr. Alexandro Gonzalez Alcocer, will visit and inaugurate BAT Otay Mesa composite auto plant, which is the First auto plant in Baja to produce utility electric vehicles among other versions (gas, propane diesel). BAT also announced today that it has begun construction of its second automotive plant in Mexico. Plant #2 will produce a composite mini "Hummer" military and sport vehicle. Called the "Rhino," the BAT's Hummer vehicle will be built in many versions including a Kevlar reinforced (bullet resistant) version for special military purposes. The mini Hummer, which has been on display in Mexico for the past 8 weeks, attracted much attention among prospective buyers from several countries including Mexico. Initial prototype vehicles could be coming off the assembly line as soon as mid January and the Hummer project is fully funded.
