Bill McStay Named Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Of Penske Auto CentersTROY, Mich., Nov. 16 -- Jim Wheat, President/CEO of Penske Auto Centers, Inc., today announced that Bill McStay has been named Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. McStay was with Pennzoil Company for the past 34 years and most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Pennzoil and Jiffy Lube International. Wheat said, "Bill's first responsibility is to redefine and revitalize the Penske Auto Center brand; what it stands for and where it's positioned in the minds of vehicle maintainers. At Pennzoil Company, he designed the marketing plan for Gumout, Wolf's Head Oil, Pennzoil lubricants and for the past eight years helped raise brand awareness of Jiffy Lube to 96% nationally."
