National R.V. Holdings, Inc. to List on the New York Stock Exchange
    PERRIS, Calif., Nov. 12 -- National R.V. Holdings, Inc.
, announced today that it has filed an application to list its
Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
     Pending final approval from the NYSE, National RV will commence trading
its shares on December 14, 1998.  National RV has approximately 10.3 million
shares of common stock outstanding that are currently traded on The Nasdaq
Stock Market under the symbol "NRVH".
    Wayne Mertes, National's President and CEO, stated, "We expect that our
listing on the NYSE will provide exposure of National RV common stock to a
broader base of potential investors thereby maximizing value for our
investors, improve liquidity, and offer the advantages of auction market
pricing for both current and future shareholders."
    National R.V. Holdings, Inc. is one of the nation's leading manufacturers
of Class A motorhomes.  Through its National R.V. subsidiary, the Company
designs, manufactures and markets Class A motorhomes and fifth-wheel travel
trailers under brand names including Dolphin, Sea Breeze and Tropi-Cal.
Through its Country Coach subsidiary, the Company designs, manufactures and
markets high-end (Highline) Class A motorhomes and bus conversions under brand
