MILWAUKEE, Nov. 11 -- Catalyst International, Inc.
, a leading supplier of warehouse management software, announced
today that it has been named the warehouse software solution provider for the
Automotive Aftermarket Group of Dana Corporation , one of the

Release 7.1 and Yard Management System (YMS) to increase their distribution
efficiency.
Dana purchased the Catalyst WMS as an integral part of its plans to
consolidate the distribution operations of three Dana companies, including
Dana Aftermarket, Beck Arnley WorldParts Corporation, and Echlin Engine
Systems. Dana plans to implement WMS in five North American sites, including
facilities in Nashville, Pennsylvania and Toronto. Dana distributes parts to
companies such as AutoZone, NAPA and Pep Boys. Dana plans to begin WMS
implementation in late 1999.

our needs change," said Larry McCurdy, President, Dana Automotive Aftermarket
