David Knall Elected to Board of Directors of FinishMaster

    INDIANAPOLIS--Nov. 10, 1998--FinishMaster Inc. announced that David W. Knall, senior managing director of McDonald & Company, has been elected to its board of directors.
    Knall is a member of McDonald's Private Client Group. He has been honored as McDonald's Outstanding Investment Consultant each year since 1976. He recently received the C. Bert McDonald Award for his service to the securities industry and to civic and charitable organizations. Knall also serves as a director of Peoples Bank of Indianapolis, McDonald & Company Securities, and the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
