Donnelly Announces Jean W. Landry as Controller of North America
    HOLLAND, Mich., Nov. 5 -- Jean Y. Landry has joined Donnelly
Corporation as controller for North American Automotive
Operations, the company announced today.  Landry, 34, comes to Donnelly with
over 10 years of experience in automotive finance.
    In his new position, Landry is responsible for a broad range of accounting
and finance functions, with a focus on forecasts, budgets, business plans and
internal and external financial reports.  Areas reporting to him include
accounting, international accounting, planning and plant operation
controllers.  Landry will report to Scott Reed, Donnelly chief financial
officer.
    "Given Jean's strong automotive and financial background," Reed said,
"combined with his work ethic and style, I am sure he will hit the ground
running and be a welcome addition to Donnelly."
    Before joining Donnelly, Landry worked in various finance positions at
Chrysler Corporation.  Most recently he worked as the supervisor of marketing
program cost analysis, with responsibility for forecasting and controlling the
spending budget, restructuring vendor contracts and implementing a major
departmental redesign to reduce waste and increase budget controls.
    A native of Montreal, Canada, Landry has both a bachelor's degree and an
MBA from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Canada.
