Performance Enhanced Emissions Reduced

LAS VEGAS--Oct. 29, 1998--Heavy-duty diesel engines are a significant source of smog-forming pollutants.
In addition, the fine particulate matter exhaust from heavy-duty diesel engines is a toxic air contaminant. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) unanimously voted in their meeting on Aug. 27, 1998 that diesel exhaust particulate is a carcinogen.
International Fuel Technology Inc. (IFT) (OTC BB:IFUE), a Las Vegas-based company, has accomplished significant results in reducing harmful exhaust emissions verified by an independent testing laboratory on IFT's reformulated No. 2 diesel fuel known as PEERDIESEL.
The Performance Enhanced Emission Reduced (PEER) reformulation process on No. 2 diesel has shown significant and meaningful reductions in harmful diesel exhaust emissions and diesel particulate.
Controlled tests were conducted at an EPA and State of California-recognized laboratory. Emil J. Vodonick, a highly respected chemist and past member of the California Air Resources Board, indicated his optimism in the overall results and the products' potential to realistically lower harmful diesel exhaust emissions at a reasonable cost.
