One-on-One With Greg Norman Targets Automotive Industry; Visual Edge to Team Up With Creative Marketing International


    BOCA RATON, Fla.--Oct. 29, 1998--Visual Edge Systems Inc. , producers of One-on-One with Greg Norman personalized video golf lessons, announced an agreement with Creative Marketing International ("CMI") to market their One-on-One programs to the automotive industry.
    The agreement guarantees sales of $1,170,000 to Visual Edge over the next two years.
    CMI is one of North America's largest marketing service organizations in the automotive industry. CMI specializes in automotive marketing programs including direct mail, customized dealership programs, dealer event marketing, sales contests and lead management for dealers in all 50 states. With five offices nationwide and over 45 salesmen and sales representatives, CMI's clients include Chevrolet, Cadillac, Volvo, Mercedes, Land Rover, Lexus, Infinity, Oldsmobile, Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai, amongst others.
    Earl Takefman, Visual Edge's chief executive officer said: "CMI offers us the opportunity to reach the 20,000 plus automotive dealers nationwide with our unique program which we developed for the automotive industry. Their sales force is targeted to the industry and they have a proven track record with dealers and dealer marketing groups."

The One-on-One program gives us an opportunity to offer our clients a unique, results-oriented approach to creating new customers."
    Visual Edge Systems Inc. produces One-on-One with Greg Norman personalized videotape golf lessons, which the company previously marketed only to amateur, corporate, charity and country club golf tournaments, as well as trade shows, conventions, retail store promotions and seminars. The One-on-One with Greg Norman 50 minute, videotape golf lessons provides golfers with an analysis of their golf swing by Greg Norman and will be offered to all golfers, via the Internet, in the fall.
