    BARCELONA, Spain, Oct. 27 -- FAE is a leading, high

    For 25 years FAE has increased revenues, customers, exportation and
employees.  FAE's stock capital has a value of 90,500,000 ptas and the Company
employs more than 100 people.  FAE expects 2,000 million ptas overall sales
for 1998, with 50% coming from exportation.
    In 1995 FAE obtained the Iso 9001 Quality Certificate, by its own request.
