                      Resulting From New Facility

WHAT:      NMB (USA) Inc. is celebrating with a Groundbreaking
           Ceremony for its new facility in Chatsworth, Calif. The 
           event will feature government, corporate, and local 
           community guest speakers to talk about the positive impact 
           it will bring to the local economy and the newfound 
           capabilities it will provide for NMB. Reverend Alfred Y.
           Tsuyiki, Head Minister of the Konko Church of Los Angeles,
           will bless the soil where the facility will be built.

           Guest speakers at the ceremony include:

           -- Marty Yamanaka, President of NMB (USA) Inc. 

           -- Gary Yomantas, President of New Hampshire Ball Bearings

           -- A representative from the Chatsworth/Porter Ranch
              Chamber of Commerce 

           -- A representative from Councilman Hal Bernson's office 

           -- Seiji Ishibashi, Executive Vice President, Kajima 
              International
