Pacific Exchange to List DaimlerChrysler AG

    SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 26 -- The Pacific Exchange (PCX)
announced that it has listed the ordinary shares of DaimlerChrysler AG.
Trading will begin today under the symbol DCX.
    DaimlerChrysler AG is the successor corporation following the merger of
DaimlerBenz AG and Chrysler Corp.  Based in Stuttgart, Germany,
DaimlerChrysler AG designs, manufactures, and sells cars, trucks and other
vehicles worldwide.  The company also provides aerospace and defense services,
as well as financial services
    DaimlerChrysler AG has been allocated in Los Angeles to PCX specialist Jon
Davis of Wedbush Morgan Securities Inc., and in San Francisco to PCX
specialist Richard F. Czapleski of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
