Mobile Multimedia Productions, Inc. Launches Financing for Its Subsidiary Motorsports USA, Inc.

    NEW YORK, Oct. 26 -- Motorsports USA, Inc., a majority-owned
subsidiary of Mobile Multimedia Productions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMMP),
announced today that it has begun its initial round of equity financing by
offering 1 million common shares at $1 per share in a Regulation D Rule 504
offering.
    Motorsports USA is a location based entertainment concern that plans to
introduce the exciting world of 1/5 scale gasoline powered remote control auto
racing into North America. The company's inexpensive, year-round, family
oriented racing attractions will be housed in its Rolling Thunder Domes(TM).
The 70,000-sq. ft. Rolling Thunder Domes(TM) feature high-tech multimedia
effects, grandstands, two racetracks, merchandising and other racing related
entertainment/attractions. The price of the Domes ranges between $4 - $6
million depending on the accessory packages ordered. The Domes will be sold to
various owner/operators and strategically placed near existing high volume
attractions such as motor speedways and theme parks. The Rolling Thunder
Domes(TM) will be manufactured under an exclusive agreement with one of the
world's leading suppliers of air support structures. Motorsports USA estimates
that there are approximately 50 potential Rolling Thunder Dome(TM) sites
located in North America. Competitive scale auto racing has experienced
significant growth in the European markets and acceptance is increasing in the
vast North American market for low cost, family oriented motor sports
attractions.
    Motorsports USA is currently negotiating a long-term lease for a minimum
of 3 industrial acres in a high traffic area of greater Charlotte, NC. The
company will use the space for its new corporate headquarters and Rolling
Thunder Dome(TM) demonstration space.
    Proceeds from the Regulation D Rule 504 offering will be used to complete
the initial production run of Motorsports USA's vehicles, for marketing,
working capital and other general corporate purposes.
    Mobile Multimedia Productions, Inc. was established to produce new,
innovative forms of public entertainment such as Motorsports USA as well as
education oriented programs which utilize the latest presentation technology
to explore some of history's greatest stories.
